Vinification Static racking of the must. Electronic thermo-regulated fermentation (16-20°) in stainless steel tanks for a period of 3 weeks. No malolactic fermentation. Maturing on fine lees.
Tasting Notes The extra depth typical of Pouilly Fumé is here. It makes for a full-bodied and dense wine ripe with red apple, lemon and a tangy, orange-zest aftertaste. The wine is still developing and needs time. Drink from 2017. - RV
