VinificationSlow and natural fermentation. Fermentation and blending of this wine are 100% French oak cask (with 15% new oak). The barrel aging, on the lees, for about 12 months allows them to obtain a fine wine, complex with beautiful richness.
Tasting NotesExceptionally rich with subtle honey accents and notes of grilled nuts balanced by fresh peaches. Long on the finish.
