VinificationGrapes are hand and mechanically harvested then pressed in a pneumatic press. The fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel vats (constant temperature of 16 to 18°C). Malolactic fermentation. The wine is matured with its lees in stainless steel vats then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.

Tasting NotesLight yellow gold. At first the aroma conveys a subtle creaminess, then citrus, delicate white fruits and a stony note. The palate possesses an appealing impression, moderately full with a soft texture, and is very well-balanced. The finale is notably clean with well-integrated acidity. This poised, attractive white offers exemplary quality in a village Mâcon that is quaffable and easy to like. - RB
